DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Process

All orders placed on vittorio-parfum.com are processed and shipped via Aramex courier service.
Once the order is placed and payment is confirmed, customers will receive an email confirmation with their order details and tracking number.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information to avoid delays.

2. Delivery Locations

We deliver our products across the UAE and internationally through Aramex.

3. Delivery Time

UAE Deliveries:

Delivery to UAE cities takes 1–2 business days.

International Deliveries:

Delivery outside the UAE usually takes 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

4. Delivery Fees

Within UAE:

Delivery fees within the UAE are charged at a flat rate of AED 10.

International Shipping:

International delivery fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Multiple Shipments (if applicable)

If the order is processed in multiple shipments, each shipment may appear as separate transactions on the monthly cardholder statement.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Aramex may require proof of delivery such as a signature or delivery confirmation upon receipt.
Delivery is considered completed once the product is received and acknowledged by the customer or an authorized person.

7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect address or is unavailable to receive the package, Aramex may reschedule delivery. Additional charges may apply in such cases.

8. Delays

Delivery times may vary due to:
